Michael has been an Atheist with an Agnostic edge since an epiphany in a Baptist church at age 12. He was a Unitarian until they became a christian denomination. He still finds that to be intensely irritating.  He has had a number of lives, the longest (so far) of which he spent managing and participating in large software development projects. He is now earning almost no living at all as a writer, though people do throw him a crumb from time to time.  He lives on a high ridge in Williams Township, PA, where he can sit on the deck and look across the Delaware River at far western New Jersey. Michael is a co-founder and the managing editor of The Eloquent Atheist on-line magazine. Oh, yes, and he wants his philosophically Freethinking, intellectually free-wheeling Unitarian church back, thank you very much.
